On The Menu

Winter offers a wonderful array of fresh greens, root vegetables and delicious citrus. We've created a menu highlighting some of our favorite winter treasures.





Dec. 28th - Dec. 31st
We're highlighting one of our favorite winter greens... spinach! We love this nutrient and antioxidant loaded leafy green! Packed high with iron, vitamin c, folic acid and calcium.Chicken Florentine Salad
Quinoa and fresh baby spinach tossed together with roasted mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and shaved parmesan cheese. Topped w/ grilled chicken and baked parmesan crisps. Served with a roasted garlic-parmesan vinaigrette.

Jan. 4th - Jan. 8th
What is a winter harvest without hearty roasted squash? Butternut squash is not only versatile with a sweet and nutty flavor, but also an abundant source of powerful antioxidants, including vitamin C, vitamin E and beta-carotene.Winter Harvest Salad
Fresh kale, roasted butternut squash, dried cranberries and toasted walnuts tossed together with toasted grains of farro. Topped with crumbled goat cheese. Served with a seasonal spiced maple-dijon dressing.

When Brussel sprouts are in season, you have to take advantage! These tasty little sprouts are a great source of ALA omega-3 fatty acids and high in antioxidants and fiber.Brussels & Bacon
Fresh shredded cabbage, roasted Brussel sprouts, chopped chives and sweet grape tomatoes. Topped with crispy bacon and blue cheese. Served with our signature SupperBox house vinaigrette.

Mandarin oranges are tasty little treats that are packed vitamin C and a great winter snack. As with most citrus of its kind... strengthen your immune system and promote a healthy gut.Orange Teriyaki
